Refund policy

Last updated October 11, 2026. We may update this page; the date above will change when we do.

We want you to get a class that counts for your case. These are the situations where we give a full refund of what you paid.

1. Changed your mind, early on

Within 30 days of purchase, if you have completed less than 25% of the course, you can ask for a full refund for any reason.

2. Your court or probation officer does not accept the certificate

If the court, judge or probation officer who ordered the class does not accept our certificate, ask within 90 days of completing the course. Send us the written notice, or the name and contact details of the officer so we can confirm. We refund in full and revoke the certificate.

Please check with your court or probation officer before you enroll that an online class of this type and length meets your order. We do not decide what a court accepts.

3. Billing mistakes, or if we cannot deliver

A duplicate charge or other billing error is always refunded. If we are unable to issue your certificate after you complete every requirement (for example, if the facilitator assigned to your course can no longer sign it and we cannot reassign it), we refund in full.

When a refund is not available

Outside the situations above, for example after the 30-day window when more than 25% of the course is done and your certificate has been accepted, purchases are final.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@courtreadyonline.com from the address on your account, with your name and the course. For a court rejection, attach the notice or give the officer's contact details.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the original payment method. A refunded enrollment is closed, and any certificate issued for it is revoked and will show as revoked on our verification page.
