Terms of service

Last updated October 11, 2026. We may update this page; the date above will change when we do.

By creating an account or enrolling in a class, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Self-paced online classes (such as anger management, parenting and co-parenting) and a completion certificate signed by a licensed or certified facilitator. The classes give general education. They are not therapy, counseling or legal advice, and they do not replace advice from your attorney.

Court acceptance

Each court, judge and probation department decides what it accepts. We do not promise that any court will accept our class. Check with your court or probation officer before you enroll. If your certificate is not accepted, see our Refund policy.

Our classes are not batterer intervention programs and do not satisfy an order for one.

Your responsibilities

  • Give your real legal name and accurate case details. They are printed on your certificate.
  • Complete the class yourself. No one else may take any part of it for you.
  • Do not use scripts, tools or tricks to get time or answers you did not earn.

Before your certificate is issued you sign a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you completed the class yourself. If we find a certificate was obtained by cheating or false information, we may revoke it, and its verification page will show it as revoked.

Payment and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay and include every required fee. Refunds follow our Refund policy.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used to break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. The terms in effect when you enrolled apply to that enrollment.
